GOJJO, pronounced "Go - Joe", is an Ethiopian term for cottage or hut. It literary means a house for comfort, hospitality and love. We invite you to experience our unique cultural blend of food, atmosphere and service.
Authentic Ethiopian cuisine at very reasonable prices is featured at GOJJO Restaurant & Bar: Injera, the spongy bread made from teff grain and the staple food of Ethiopia, accompanies all entrees.
GOJJO is in the historic 1895 "Cherry Tree Tavern" townhouse in University City and serves-up good food and good times: long, welcoming wooden bar overlooking Baltimore Avenue, a garden, two pool tables, and large TVs.
